Eat small and stay healthy

Eating small meals throughout the day would be a challenge to many. Health experts suggest it is healthier to eat small portions all along the day. It’s difficult for anyone to change their diet in a day. But by simply changing one thing at a time your job would be made easy. Eat six times per day, rather than eating three times a day can greatly benefit us. Firstly we are not tempted to the cravings and we will not easily give up on our diet plan. When we are hungry and have been without food for hours, then we might easily become victims of our cravings. Eating small portions will give your body what it needs all the time. Another advantage is that usually our metabolism is slow, but by eating healthy small portions our metabolism becomes faster.

Brazil nuts, apples, oats, walnuts, yogurt, almond milk and olive oil are some of the things that we could add in our meals which will help us to reduce belly fat in an efficient way. It gives ample amount of energy, keeping us up beat all throughout the day. It also helps to have good muscle strength during exercises. I really like my husband, when it comes to health and environment. He eats six times, instead of three times. He does regular weight exercises for stronger muscles. He has made some alteration to his diesel car and now he would only buy bio diesel fuel for his car in order to support green environment.

People who eat small portions stay healthy. They are better equipped to tackle weight problems. Try having cold bean salads; they are tasty and at the same time very filling. Drink plenty of water, it will help your immune system and will also help you cut the late night cravings. Eating in smaller plates can also help, it will create an illusion that your plate has a lot of food on it and you will automatically feel that you have eaten a lot. Eat small portions and stay healthy.
